Not everyone in the U.S. quit.....only the temper-tantrum throwing, drug-snorting war protesters.

It's difficult to conduct a foreign war when large numbers at home are creating anarchy.

Anarchy is a thing near and dear to the heart of many though they never speak of it by name. They are either claiming it's ineffectiveness (there are no terrorists) or claim it is the government (we are losing our freedoms).
