If one picks and chooses sentiment indicators or their components to justify a pre-existing opinion, one can always find one that seems to show a lot of bearishness or bullishness. The two indicators I use, one of which is a 3-part indicator that includes the bullish component of the AAII Survey apparently cited, are both giving neutral readings. I use the same sentiment indicators all the time, and don't change them or the method of interpreting their results to suit my existing opinions.

what do you think they did with all those refi dollars?!
