NYSE SUMMATION INDEX has turned down for the last few days.
And NASDAQ SUMMATION INDEX looks like it is starting
to curve.

I consider these lagging indicators that are needed
to turn down to confirm the Nasdaq Down Channel.

The SOX has already set a recovery high higher than 620 since 9/11.

SOX Historical Pricing:

INTC is currently the biggest drag on the index that I maintain will lead the Nasdaq out of its current malaise.

Technically I could easily see the SOX and Nasdaq sell off a bit more this week but unlike many here on this thread I expect a strong rally to begin during the next few weeks.
