Yes, I think it is called "aggressive confrontational
mathematics". When Intel people need to throw a fud that
something is already late at AMD, they use 8 weeks of fab
processing time. When they need to fud that there
is no time for something like new stepping introduction,
they use 10-12 weeks time for wafer processing. It is
actually a very simple math... ;-) ;-)
