Dave - Regarding the 58%, naturally the 24% attributed to the Aussies in the article caught my eye. I thought that perhaps their weighting of factors might be a bit off. But then it could be a slightly different game there in Hong Kong. So far as speed goes, this was in the days before Beyer and others came out with their books and so the speed factor was not publicized at all. I clipped charts from the newspaper, made my own track variant; this when I doubt more than a couple in a hundred knew what a track variant was. Beyer ruined all that and it even came back to haunt him later. One's approach has to continually change as more info is available to the public. Most recently, lacking the time for a serious approach, I concentrated strictly on overlays. R
