Jim,

Not an issue.

I do think though that Rebecca's structure of the
DMX/OXO deal is one of her best moves. Basically
it sounds like a pay as you go arrangement.

There have been some hiccups and has been some learning
on her part and there's no doubt she has some personal
traits that rub some people.

I agree though that overall she deserves praise and may
get some as we move through the approval process and
further the WF10 side.
