Well, it wasn't much of a correction. Should have read six metal layers, not nine metal layers for Athlon.

Nine metal layers is the limit of the 0.13-micron process. I believe this is the same for bulk and SOI, however with SOI being the only one to use Black Diamond, I can't be sure.
