Peter, E as tumor secreted protein that kept the mets in check was very crazy idea from start, that never have foundation in real world. Why will E level rise and stay elevated after main tumor resection? Few more abstracts: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (preoperatively): ncbi.nlm.nih.gov ncbi.nlm.nih.gov E seams as very good prognostic factor. Is there therapeutic options?
