Peter,
E as tumor secreted protein that kept the mets in check was very crazy idea from start, that never have foundation in real world. Why will E level rise and stay elevated after main tumor resection?

Few more abstracts:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
(preoperatively):
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

E seams as very good prognostic factor. Is there therapeutic options?

No, so far.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Miljenko

PS:<< None of these abstracts look at the progression of the mets themselves based on endostatin level - something that would be interesting to see. >> Aren’t mets those who actually kill people?
