>> Healthy food or not, I eat what I like to eat. <<

the problem is, many people like to eat things like red meat, eggs, butter, full-fat mayo, full-fat dressings, sour cream and other full-fat dairy products, but have been hoodwinked into believing they should limit their intake of those foods.

of course many of the people who have foisted these falsehoods on the unsuspecting public have a financial interest in deceiving us. sugar and flour cost mere pennies a pound, and foods loaded with them can be marked up several hundred percent. many animal foods are not exactly cheap, but they aren't cheap to produce either, so there isn't nearly the kind of mark-up on meat and dairy, etc.

it's profitable for food manufacturers to con you into believing that their sugary, floury, chemical laden toxic poisons in a box are healthy for you rather than good old fashioned fresh food.

>> I've never shopped at a health food store, but millions do. <<

most of the stuff at health food stores is garbage anyway. people think they can take some magic pill or extract or drink soy protein shakes all day in place of eating nutritious fresh food.
