greenspan thought by "lowering interest rates, ppl would pour money to invest."

nadda.. $5 trillion (cnbc) waiting on sidelines. Now, with the easing bias over, myself, I feel very content with money mkt rates staying right here (and my washinton mutual platinum 3.77% + ibonds + fixed annuities) for my family.

Greenspan is not going to "tell me when" to invest.. I will decide.
