Many here are looking at anecdotal evidence/SI posting as some sort of gauge of market sentiment. In that regard, I can see a case made by either bulls or bears supporting their cases.

However if you want a true picture, one has to look no further than the $25 billion of equity fund inflows over the last 6 or 7 weeks. That is huge and indicates to me plenty of bullishness abound. There was only $39 billion in inflows in ALL OF 2001. All this info comes form AMG data.

I'm not saying it can't continue for a while but lets not kid ourselves that the general public is bearish in the larger/intermediate time frames.
