I presume that answers are to be found, sort of, in the Elan thread here at SI. The earliest mention that I find searching Edgar stuff is from the Depomed gastric retention deal, 1/00...... "Nanocrystal(R) Technology" shall mean the EPIL proprietary technology directly related to nanoparticulate formulations of compounds used in the manufacturing and/or formulation process, and methods of making the same. Window dressing will start to ebb at any moment, so I'll be digging in the next few days. Primary objective will be to find patent expiration dates. I've been "patent disabled" ever since Delphion went subscription with the lofty rates. It takes FOREVER to find anything, using the EPO site. Gotta run for "Ice Age".
