Cheney's main message this morning on the chat shows, . . .

I thought his conversation with Tim Russert on Meet The Press on Sunday morning was quite impressive. We were driving south, going through (or rather around) DC while that interview was rebroadcast on something called CNN Radio. Never heard of it before. Turns out their Sunday programming is a rebroadcast of all the Sunday interview shows. Enjoyed listening until we got out of range, headed further South.

I was just thinking about debka's predictions of an Al Quaeda hit on the Arab League Summit, when a question occurred to me -- has Al Quaeda ever managed to hit a truly well-guarded objective (the Arab Summit is under huge security)? All the targets I can think of were either unguarded or like the embassies, guarded by barriers and few Marines.

Does anyone know?
