I am very impressed with NWRE fundamentals but believe the stock price is now being driven by day traders.I just purchsed myself today my first 1000 shares at avg 9.51.Until the NCDI asset purchase was announced I had been vacillating because of the +400% run up in the past 90 days.My model which doesn't seem to be ou in left field as I estimate the same .06$ eps in the March quarter the only analyst publishing quarterly forecasts.I project September quarter revenues should hit 25mm$. I would like to see a NWRE site established on SI.Do you agree?
