I would tend to stay away from hotel trusts. They tend to pay out a fairly high pecentage of cash flow and after deprecaiton are not very profitable. The basket approach is the best approach in my opinion.

Scott the thread was a bit slow to begin with but now it is my most active of the ones I follow on SI. Some very useful information and different opinions which is what these threads are all about
