It's kind of what corporations do with slush fund corporations to funnel losses. ( Put all the employees under one roof. Put all expenses under one roof (or many roofs). Take a loss on that business...and take big gains under another sister corporation if your a general partner..oops)
It's what all the little guys should do.
All little one man corporations should incorporate offshore.
All one man corporations should have a separate S corp as well as one or two Schedule C's.
It's the american way.
All little one man corporations should have Trading accounts and trade under the corporation and let profits be taxed at the S-Corp rate.
It's the american way.
It's reminds me of how the big corporations get third world companies indebted to them.
We give arms or build a water pipe for the people and bill them for the next 30 years. We charge them interest so they fall behind. If they don't pay we just take their natural resources. If they still don't pay. I don't know. Maybe devalue their money or replace it with more debt. Or sell them some beef that we can't sell and make them more in debt...It's going to backfire eventually...look at MorganChase..house of cards...Unbelievable.
