That they attack Bush while he's overseas shouldn't surprise anyone. Thats who they are and what they do. Petty, mean, and infantile. What I find funny is they assume Bush's only motive is rounding up a few Hispanic votes. Truth is Latin America has been neglected for a long time and in the 2000 campaign Bush had indicated he would be paying more attention there. He's keeping a campaign promise. I'll bet the Dems got agitated when Bush said in Peru he was going to revive the Peace Corps there. Turns out Bush is more like JFK than Bubba ever was....
