There you go again with the 'leftwing' tag - what's exclusively leftist about standing up against lies and corruption? .... just normal everyday human striving for improvement, solving of problems ..... no one who knows me would use that word, fwiw

Quite convenient, sure, to have a little epithet to throw at it if dismissal and acquiescence is what you're after ... suit yourself, me i don't find the packaged labels useful generally, and they certainly don't apply to this case where you find a small group of self-interested in control of a branch of US federal government and sticking it to the rest of us, sort of thing that's had a number of -ism suffixes used invectively on it over the years

Sure it's a violation of the spirit of NAFTA, no question, not however of the letter since this pine lobby had considerable control over the original wording [this lately is but one battle in a long war, just more intense this time, their goal of driving us into the ground remains the same but they have much more ability to do so through holding greater power in Washington at the moment]

And obviously they are screwing an old ally, using the whole weight of US machinery to do so

Were another bunch somewhere to do that to you, what would you call it, leftwing? rightwing? dorkappendage? ... i dunno, feel free to use any labels you like, just please consider filling me in on whatever they mean to you in the context you employ them
