The company still has a working capital deficiency. I haven't seen the announcement of the $10 million financing yet have you?

I did notice, however, the Aug 10-01 news release which says the directors have agreed to private placements. I also noticed that Sprott Securities acquired some shares in the open market which may explain the short position, don't you think?
