I voted for Carter, and although he made some grievous mistakes as president I believe I would like him best if I personally knew all of them. George Bush is a close second.

I'm reading a book now written by Jay Hammond, Alaska's famous Bush Rat governor. He is a most remarkable man, far overshadowing the persona of most politicians, and has many many life achievements. His greatest attribute? Humility. Carter and Bush have it. Bill Clinton couldn't even define it.
