They only need 1,200,000 sq. ft. of cleanroom space to produce 4 times as many CPUs as AMD does in 227,000 sq. ft. of cleanroom space. It must be the 12 inch wafers that yield 2.5 times as many chips per wafer that lets them do it. And they only have to spend 8 times as much on FABs as AMD each year to do it! Message 16829926
