Hi, Al:

Just a few more comments on SYB...

4 possible scenarios:

1) ONC makes an offer to take over SYB at a premium; SYB goes up.

2) ONC agrees to change status of SYB's shares of ONC from "escrowed" to "free-trading" and SYB distributes them to SYB shareholders as a dividend; SYB goes up.

3) ONC agrees to change status of SYB's shares of ONC to free-trading and SYB sells to a fund/institution for cash; SYB share price goes down, as SYB mgt doesn't have credibility with market.

4) No arrangement is made between ONC & SYB; SYB share price mirrors ONC share price, at current ratio of 1 to 10).

Regards,
Geoff
