Who says that peace will stop the American taxpayer money flow? It may slow down, since there are always threats that need to be addressed and actions needed. That requires cash, and Israel is a little light in that department. If the settlements are dismantled, who do you think is going to pay for the settlers relocation, and of course, there needs to be some mark-up on the fine construction and materials.

If the Israelis are not building, or re-building American designed military equipment, what do you suppose they will replace that with? My suggestion is that Israel will continue to be a large arms dealer world-wide. The military brings hard cash and the Israelis are all too ready to satisfy the needs of the world, even enemies of the United States.

Without getting into the name calling, my point is that Israel is working the US taxpayer and what do we get from it?
Animosity for what they do to the Palestinians, building settlements against International Law, assassinate people without trial, restrict essential services, including cash from taxes paid and yet call themselves a democracy.

Glad to hear that you are anti-fascist, and anti-communist, for I am as well. I am not sure about your Zionist tendencies, but what the heck, no one is perfect. You can redeem yourself at your leisure.

We can talk about it over some beaujoulais.
