Darren, Criminals in any country do not register their guns. That's the crux of the problem that bleeding heart liberals don't seem to be able to grasp. Besides that, guns can be purchased if the background check of the buyer checks out clean, but it doesn't have to be registered in many states. That's what we call freedom to protect ourselves from criminals, and corruption.

LOL!! Darren-- one only needs to register those he would not mind losing. PA concealed carry permits rarely indicate 1 weapon but "any weapon registered in the above name"...
