The only positives coming up would be if the CRTC ruling next month does not give the long distance competition any break, AT&T LD or Microcell going out of business. Otherwise things look pretty grim, especially with Bell taking it on the chin,

I have some shares from a while back, but diod not buy any more. I did pick up some convertible debentures however, and may do so again in the future. I figure the dividend may be at risk, but the debentures should continue to be payed unless the company does really bad.

They pay a decent premium over current bank rates.
