I think Alaska is on the planet though isn't it? Aren't there native land issues here as well? Doesn't the US government have a department for the environment called ...oh, what's that name?

The TVX was cyanide issue which isn't nearly as much of an environmental problem as arsenic, lead, mercury and pyrite. Cyanide goes away in a relatively short period of time.

The oxidation of pyrite creates sulfuric acid and it takes a long time to happen. It will kill every fish in the area. Also, the tailings will contain quite a bit of copper which is even worse for fish. But I'm sure there aren't any fish in Alaska to worry about.

Prove up more resources? Are you kidding? Isn't 20 million ounces enough? The sand and gravel business barely breaks even let alone generating $10 million free cash flow. I suppose there won't be any dilution when they raise the US$605 million to put this into production? Ya, no problem, no problem.

Next, I'm going to focus a bit on the technical aspects of recoveries and pressure leaching and autoclaves. Homestake had a deposit like this in California. I'm sure they're ready to jump in again. Are you ready?

The pullback I'm expecting here could be analogous to the foreskin of an excited elephant.
