Funny you should be posting about this. The curb in front of my home has gotten jacked up by the curbside tree over the years such that water flowing downstream stops in front of my house, puddling. (Of course there is no money tofix it.) Anyways, the next door neighbor left their car on the street and the sweeper swung wide to miss the car. By the time he got back to the curb, his brush was 1 foot off the gutter, completely missing all the water and crap I had swept up for him to sweep. Mr. Ticket D-head, writing tickets as fast as his little hands could write told me I needed to call the city and they would come back out and hit it again. Yeah, they're gonnna send a truck JUST to sweep in front of MY house!!!! I HATE CITY WORKERS.
