I'm looking at an offer on an apt bldg I own, as we speak.
The offer is double what I paid for it less than 3 years ago.
As everyone knows Real Estate is demographic, but if you're in the right location, the investment can be terrific.
Notice, the homebuilders aren't building many homes on the wheat fields in Iowa.
