Bit late now, isn't it - nobody left alive from that era ... i remember when the last veteran of the war between the states passed away, thought it quite fitting that he was a black guy .... but that was a while ago, sure a lot of that eastern seaboard wealth was established on slavery, but how do you identify and apportion it now after passing through so many hands? ..... sort of like legislation being made by courts, as well, maybe they do it better than politicians, maybe not in other cases, dunno .... they could probably do a lot frickin better than does lately the Commerzwaffe, lol
