Zeev, does this bounce look real?
I noticed the VIX and VXN have moved up from yesterday (although still low) and we are approaching month end.

Mutual fund flows have avoided tech funds for months now even though money has continued to come into the market.

That leads to the possibility that the Nasdaq has limited downside at this stage. People are running to the lower PE DOW and smaller cap (low PE) companies. I wonder if that means selling in tech has been exhausted.

I would also note that many fund managers have been bearish on techs because of valuation. But we know that momentum towards certain groups of stocks can last a long time as we have seen with Nasdaq in the late 1990s.
