Not at all did I jump for joy at recent feeble bounces in the markets. I have felt the Bush Admin has made almost every move possible that is negative for investors and the economy and the fact the markets are around 30% lower on the NASDAQ since he took office verifies this and markets have an even worse record since the day he was elected. If they keep it up they will make Hoover look like a genius. Remember markets look forward and they are looking forward to more war trade wars, budget deficits, nationalism and lack of Admin concern about productivity rather concern about non productivity ie building weapons and sabre rattling. So you and they are missing it as we sink deeper and deeper into prolonged malaise perhaps erasing the thirties as the black decade in America while we concentrate on finding enemies and reasons to attack Hussein. If we have a third down year in succession which is highly possible it will be a first, I believe.
