By the way, Saddam's PR stunt was idiotic, as usual. We'd be blessed if more and more bad guys displayed the same level of intelligence that Saddam just did. Ten, what stunt? To allow UN inspectors back into the country? ted EDIT. Never mind, I forgot about the payments to dead Palestinian terrorists. He has not had good ties with the Palestinians.....this act of his is like calling them "bro". He's probably trying to unite Arab sentiment behind him in the face of a resurgent US super power. ted

Also, the Palestinian Authority gives $2000 to the family of each "martyr". That's ARAFAT's Palestinian Authority. He will be relevant as long as he's the PA Chairman. -Z
