Ron....for a spring rally to really blossom, the Commericals have to reduce their heavy short position in SPX. Currently they are heavily short at 88k spoos. Last two times readings were registered this high were back in March 2001 and Sept 2001. Chances are we could see catipulation at heavier volume before we see any rally on huge volume...just my two cents.
