...for the constant, incessant, self-serving, left-wing crap that runs every day when people are looking for a decent alternative to network and cable. I know at least a few families that are right-wing in their politics, and yet like to watch the programs on PBS. The programs are almost always of a very high quality (except for WSW, of course!). Sometime back there was a move by the Repubs to get rid of the PBS. They had to back out when they saw what a wide circle of supporters PBS had. If it had only been left-wing people supporting the station, the Repubs would have pressed on. Apparently, it was not so!
