I always assume Jerry's lying. You should too. He's been proven to be a liar in a court of Law.

Even if someone is a liar it is folly to assume that every statement is a lie.

Also while I don't think Sanders is exactly the most honest person in the world, I'm not sure that he is any more dishonest then many other tech company CEOs.

Elmer Re..I always assume Jerry's lying. You should too. He's been proven to be a liar in a court of Law.<<<

Oh cut it out, you are scaring me. LOL Lying in court has become a national pastime, kind of like cheating on one's taxes or mud slinging in a campaign. It would be unAmerican not to. The expert witnesses are just expert liars. I assume Jerry won if he was good at it.

Which 2 fabs are you referring to and where are you getting the number 8 million? <<<<

I didn't because it wasn't necessary to make my point. Here is what I said. Post 75493
How does that possibly equate to yield problems? AMD produced both TBird and XP models at Dresden. 5 - 6 mil units at 50% fab capacity. Intel used 2 fabs to produce
8 mil P4. On the surface, AMD's yields look a lot better. <<<<

That was my point. On the surface AMD yields looks better, so if you want to convince anyone that Intels yields are better than AMd, you will have to show that the obvious is deceiving.

I said AMD couldn't sell more than half the capacity of Fab30, meaning half the theoretical capacity, I didn't say Fab30 was running at half capacity. <

If you knew that your 4.5 mil. figure was just the sales figure, which is half of theoretical production, why on earth did you use that figure to show that yields were bad at Dresden, when you knew full well that AMD could produce 2X that amount. Who is the liar now.
