The risks are 5% to 10%, the size of the stop losses. The reward could easily be 30% to 50% in more volatile issues like the Q.

The risks are smaller than ever. The lower you get in at what may turn out to be a low, the smaller your risk if you are wrong: you just get out with a very small stop.
