I found it in Toolbar properties. It shows "Hide inactive icons" as unchecked. Hmmmm..

Yes, I'm aware of the hiding of the icons in the systray...I like that feature but my ZA does not load at all. I've since gone back to ZA free and hope the free za 3.0 that's supposed to come out soon will address the loading on XP issue. If there's a fix out sometime for PRO 3.0 let me know. I'd like to use it in the future.
