"Blowback"?? That wasn't the first time the muslims attacked the U.S. But it was probably enabled by the idea of the liberal minded that when you start to fight a war, you don't have to finish it, you can do a second rate job of it, you can slap their faces like a sissy, call them names and go home.

As long as you leave the 'queen bee' (be that a leader or an ideology) in the nest, they'll just come back later when they regroup.
