Hi Ray, USPS came down on very low volume, it will go up quickly when interest returns. I can only guess that funding for the JV isn't going as smoothly as expected. I don't know what the problem is. My friend at Galleon is still very positive about the prospects for economic recovery of PGMs. His company is making good progress. I think that Global has a lot of skeletons they must drag around which may hurt financing. I try not to think much about the dirts, too many other interesting active stocks. While I can't get myself too juiced about Maxam (I bought it for the metals), the flyash thingie seems promising, a real business. BTW, HEC seems pretty cheap here considering the improvement in energy prices.
