Hey Bob I uninstalled free ZA according to the directions linked below and then installed the trial version of ZA Pro. I have that concern about not starting every time and have switched back to ZA Free. zonelabs.com You're concern with lack of support is justified. About the only thing you can find on the ZoneLabs site is FAQ's. The best info I have found on ZA problems is at grc.com but there's no search feature that I know of so it's a pain to find what you need. grc.com
