Dear Buddy: HMMMM, now whom do you think someone SHOULD go to if they are attempting to formulate adequate energy policy for the present and future?? Yes, Gore would have listened to the Conservationists and vowed everyone MUST buy a rice burner with 40mpg economy, turn off their A/C and lower there heaters to 60 degrees. I think perhaps the Bush administration was more interested in THE REAL WORLD and what has to be done to meet REAL WORLD NEEDS. Seems to me you go to the EXPERTS for help there, where do you suppose they FIND the EXPERTS? JDN
