This was being pioneered a couple of years ago by a privately owned subsidiary of PCW, Richard Li's blooming empire. Want to send an electronic Valentine's with a scent of roses? They were dialing in the release mechanism to toll the wafting of aromas from the recipients puter. The effort, fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your point of view, died on the vine, so to speak, about a year and half ago...... -R.
