What's to miss?

I'd be more worried if price was increasing on huge volume, indicating a buying climax and a possible exit point. BAY has one of the strongest looking charts I've seen in a long time.

What I meant was the dollar volume, not the number of shares traded. Compare the dollar volume to the other juniors. Sometimes, like YMC.U today, a junior will trade a big dollar volume for a week or less, but rarely for months. Many of the juniors that trade 50,000 shares per day are selling for $0.50/share, not $3.50/share.
