Certicom Corp. is an encryption technology company specializing in security solutions for mobile computing and wireless data markets, including mobile eCommerce, or mCommerce. For the nine months ended 1/02, revenues fell 55% to $8.5 million. Net loss rose from $27.8 million to $63.7 million. Revenues reflect a transition from the perpetual license model to the subscription license model.
