You are way off on this one. If Neoware doesn't sell the Eon, Capio, and ThinStar(in US) hardware products, then who does? And NCD did not sell the "North American rights to its software". They sold the hardware business. The whole point of Neoware being a "software" company is that they put little to no $ into designing and manufacturing the hardware that they sell. It is the accompanying software that they focus their R&D on.
