Diplomacy..............who's a diplomat...heck Powell is a general. I personally think that this Iraq business is more about the egos of Bush Sr.( who is a close advisor to W....heck he is running the show and most people know it ),Powell and Cheney. They don't want history to see them as having made that mistake. I think they would find a reason to invade even if Saddam left. They want more than his hide........probably the oil fields too.
