All I've seen this morning on the few tech stocks I've monitored is distribution ... though none are chip stocks ... fwiw ....so I'm short

Dave kilty: Best of luck, with your intraday scalping. Per the 5 and 15-min charts, bullish pennants are trying to from via the price action off the sharp reversal spike today (pole) in the INDU, NYA, NDX and COMPX. (log scale)

Some additional support and resistance lines to keep an eye on. "If" they complete and subsequently break to the norm, which would be up, they'll likely provide the impetus to resolve the wedges to the norm as well. A negating break will not necessarily portend a negation of the wedges, but would suggest a retest of the support lines of the wedges is likely.
