"Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are believed to be the primary sources of the funds, and separatist leaders have almost always returned loaded from Pak- and Iran-sponsored trips abroad" I'm a big fan of "follow the money" What they are talking about is peanuts, compared to the Taliban funding in the 80's, but now that it's official, every dollar going to these terrorist countries like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should be fully disclosed and shut down tight, including petrodollars and partnership trade.
