I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for reform. With stock option beneficiaries pulling out all the stops to lobby against stock option reform, reform would not seem to have a great chance of passing. I wonder where one goes to follow the progress of reform more closely? I don't want to be surprised if something finally passes. If reform is about to go through, I will likely terminate what I have left of long term positions in several of these tech companies whose performance looks decidedly different under the harsh glare of reality accounting.
