He thinks he's protected by world opinion. Amazing, if true. Any good will he had has eroded, I should think, as a result of the incredible level of violence he has unleashed on Israel during the second intifada. And Israel certainly is a lot less impressed with world opinion in planning its responses. Plus, world opinion can change in a heartbeat. I'm afraid it's going to hit the fan in a very big way soon.
